"When we first received the microwave, I thought it was a big mistake! I couldn’t understand how to use the various cooking modes. However after realising that the instruction book pages were in the wrong order and rearranging them I find it’s a really good machine. I have still had to mark some of the pages for quick reference but vastly better. Cooks and bakes fine."

"Yeah its smart but not smart enough for 5 stars. The instructions are poor. The dial is tricky to master,but sorting it. Just glad I paid black Friday price defo wouldn't pay over £400. "
"Shopping for a combination microwave for my elderly parents so they don't have to bend down to get to the slot in ceramic top double oven. The Samsung ticks all the boxes from an enameled interior to a full fan oven, grill and microwave with a drop down door and touch controls that don't require a lot of pressure from elderly hands. Liked it so much I bought one for our household too. 10/10"

"Love this microwave it fits neatly on the side and is very quiet. I love the hot blast function as it allows me to eat better food in less time when I pop home for lunch as I don’t have much time. My mum has ordered this too. AO delivered quickly and great to be given a small window where it will be delivered. Will be ordering more from AO. "
