"I had bought this microwave, after reading all the reviews the only drawback I thought would have been the display panel of the microwave, but how wrong I was !! I had nothing but problems with the product, initially only after 3 weeks the door of the oven became loose, we had it replaced which took 2 weeks after speaking with the customer support who were less than considerate. The new door worked fine for few days, and it again became loose , so could not use the microwave. Then after what felt like hours on the phone with Samsung customer services, they decided to replace the oven!! But then I decided to buy a new Bosch microwave and paid the difference in cost... so not recommended at all... if it is helpful the new Bosch one is much less noisy and more user friendly..."

"I thought long and hard about which built in microwave to purchase, needing one with a specific size, a solo microwave and controls on the top and a drop down door since it is mounted under the worktop. The Samsung microwave was cheaper than many other options for this size yet had all the features I wanted, including extras like easy cleaning (streamlined interior since it’s a solo microwave) and re-heat functions, with a large capacity. Many other reviews complained of the ease of operation, so I was aware of this but have found it quite easy for me and my family to use so far, and the dark touch control buttons are fine if you have good lighting and no visual impairments. Putting the dial back to microwave after each programme has finished is sligtly annoying but if you finishe the programme be for ete end this isn’t a problem, and hasn’t affected my satisfaction with the product. It heats well and quickly, so am very happy and glad I chose this instead of ones at least £200 more expensive. "

"I bought this without actually physically looking at one. I watched the video review and thought it looked good enough. But the touch screen area graphics you need to touch to operate are almost invisible. They are not back lit and are almost indistinguishable against the black background. I see AO have now discontinued the model, I can see why. An otherwise great product spoiled by a simple thing."

"This product is very sleek in appearance and easy to use with a fool proof user guide.
The touchscreen display is in date with modern technology with classic features like the push buttons and pull handle. The heating was fast and effective with all the dials easy to follow. My two favourite features are the child's lock and steam cleaning which makes that all so necessary cleaning easier and more effective. I think the only negative to this product is that there are no shelving options within the microwave oven. All in all a very up to date and modern product"

"I'll start by mentioning our favorite feature which is the cleaning with steam facility, we don't know how we have lived without it so far ! Basically you pop a little water on the bottom tray of the microwave, press the button and it steam up, loosens all the mucky bits for you and than you just wipe it clean in less than a minute ! Literally, that easy. Comes with a non stick tray, so not the old style glass spinning plate we used to have in our previous one. This is much easier to clean as food doesn't stick to it. A variety of speed settings is present on the microwave although we found ourselves mainly using the easy on/off timed mode, we really like the keep warm button, had never seem this before, if you cook something too early and you're waiting on something to get ready and would like to keep the food in the microwave warm, you use this feature to do so, its great.The extra 30seconds button is also very useful in our opinion, we are very happy with this microwave. It can be a little complicated when you first get it specially if you've been used your old one as we were, also the touch screen button are a little hard to see as they are very light grey on a grey background, but a week later and we can't believe what we've been missing by not upgrading sooner ! Very pleased."

"This is a very, very easy to operate microwave, the control buttons can be pushed in or "put away" when not in use making it much easier to clean the front of the microwave as its all flat without the buttons on the way. Lots of useful presets for cooking and re-heating all sorts of foods. ABSOLUTELY LOVE the "keep warm" facility and the "Clean with Steam" facility they are both extremely useful. Dead easy to use child safety operation as well. The ceramic tray inside is a God send as its heavenly to keep clean, specially combined with the clean with steam ! "
