"Good product but came with a European plug and no adaptor, also without the ceramic tray. Both sorted subsequently. As has been mentioned by others the lack of lighting on the screen functions makes it difficult to operate, particularly in dim light."

"Best online price for the Samsung microwave and delivered on time. Good looking microwave but the other reviews are correct. It's very difficult to see the touch screen controls as they are dark grey on black background. There is no single button for quick start!"

"I was nearly put off but the back lit reviews but glad I wasn't. We don't find it an issue at all as we have it at head height. Not 5 as you can't change the ready tune and we would prefer a simple beep. Also you always have to undo and reselect the microwave then power then time then go. But we have quickly got used to it and it is super quick and quiet. So glad we went for the large one as we have been able to defrost and cook large items easily."

"Very pleased with our new microwave looks excellent in the built in kitchen there are many features and is easy to use i would have given it 5 stars however the touch screen icons are not back lit and in some lights are difficult to see."
