"From start to finish I literally have no complaints only praise.
The girl who took the order had the most amazing customer service I think I have EVER experienced EVER in this country.
Gutted I haven't got her name but I know you'll be able to find her.
Delivery of Machine during Covid-19 again spot on.
Kept to the 2 metre distance and the washing machine itself is just the best.
I honestly never thought I would change washing machines and manufacturers but when I decided to wash my sons rug in error and it totally wrecked my machine??which was only 4 years old ??costing nearly £1000??
I wasn't able to get a plumber because of Covid-19 as I am shielding just couldn't chance it so we had to replace??because of covid-19 we had both just pretty much lost our businesses as self employed so terrible timing but I had to get one.
The reviews on this machine the positive ones are spot on.
The machine is just the best..... Quiet...Good looking and works brill 10/10"

"Still getting to know the programs but so far so good clothes come out cleaner than my old hotpoint . Some of the programs seem very long mostly 2 hours a cycle"

"Well when my washer broke, it needed replacing, I had a budget in mind and made a list in what I want in a washer and on seeing the video clips of all the services it gives you and also the reviews …….I found that the Smegg WMF916AUK Washing machine with 1600rmp, ticked all my boxes with the added extra of the steam feature. The customer service during this pandemic is faultless . I placed the order and it was delivered very promptly !!! I love my machine and the videos absolutely brilliant. thank you AO. "
