"Worst machine I have ever purchased, the wash cycles are very long and if you have a family and need to do multiple washes per day just don’t bother, the fast fast is too fast and not warm enough. With Covid 19 have been advised at 60 degrees and this takes ages. The basic reason it is an a ++ rating is that it spends most of the three hours doing nothing just to make the electric consumption low per hour to get the rating. Plus points are well built and quiet. Overall buy something else "

"Lovely machine. Easy to use. Efficient. Quieter than my old one. 1600 RPM spin speed very useful, clothes come out quite dry. Guess what I'll be doing on my days off!!!!"

"Delivery was prompt and both deliverers were helpful and polite. The whole process of ordering and receiving the washer as well as removing the old washer was very efficient. I will certainly use ao again. "

"NOW THAT MY NEW SMEG HOB HAS BEEN FITTED BY A GAS SAFE ENGINEER I AM ABLE TO SEE WHAT A LOVELY EASY TO USE HOB THIS IS AND COPES WITH ALL PAN SIZES.IT IS EASY TO CLEAN AND LOOKS REALLY SMART. MY NEIGHBOURS ARE VERY JEALOUS OF IT."
