AO delivered the item on time but it was missing the essential shelves just before Christmas.
We were informed we would get these before Christmas but they never arrived. Terrible service.
We are still waiting after two deliveries.
AO claim it’s nothing to do with them but they take your money, play the middle man, take the profit but shirk responsibility.
The oven itself is ok. I was expecting better paying the premium price but have not been overly impressed.
We should if purchased the rangemaster we originally ordered.
