"Item was easy to install and has performed perfectly so far. Love the ice cube/crushed ice facility which has been given a good blast in this latest hot weather (although it was a bit of a shock when the first cubes dropped into an empty ice box). Easy to use/adjust, huge capacity and nothing to complain about to date. Can't really comment on build quality as yet but looks good so far."

"Had a problem with this from day 1 and STILL have a problem with this. What annoys me most is their isn't any hisense customer service, its all been farmed off to 3rd party sub contractors , so beware folks. " Sorry we are not hisense, so we cant answer that". Can I speak to someone who is actually from Hisense... No , their is no such number. No water coming out of nozzle from day1. We cant send someone out for that, its classed as cosmetic , but we can send you a new nozzle in a jiffy bag with full fitting instrctions. Wrong nozzle sent, wrong freezer model on the system. 2 weeks later they send someone out, its a faulty pump, I will be back next week. Next week comes and goes, I ring up, sorry but might take 3 to 6 months to fix!!!! They are out of stock of pumps, but no one rang to even tell me.The service company has to contact Hisense to see what they are going to do, I cant contact them myself. So just be aware folks of any after sales issues. Not what to expect when you spend a lot on a fridge freezer. Terrible terrible service. "

"A good looking machine with a well designed lay out.
But the build quality of the ice and water dispenser sadly lets it down as very weakly made. Also, the plastic used on many components is very brittle and cracks easily. Hisence are very slow to respond to problems."

"Firstly make sure it fits through your doors as we had a lot of trouble and ended up lifting fences and bringing it through the back garden. The doors can't be removed either.
I love this fridge....so much room in the fridge but not so much in the freezer, can't fit much more in than my regular freezer.
Water and ice maker a good feature but the ice machine has got stuck a couple of times and it's difficult to remove and resolve "
