"My old Samsung American style died a slow agonising death during the hottest summer! When it finally gave up the ghost, tripping the electrics I went online for a replacement. AO had the best price for this brand- not heard of Hisense but the reviews were consistently good. The fridge is cold (bonus!) quiet, love the clear shelving and salad drawers so you can see everything. Loads of capacity in both sides. I’ve taken out appliance insurance so I’ll never be without a fridge again! "

"We have wanted an American style fridge freezer for a few years and bought this one when we had our new kitchen fitted. The main attraction for us was the ice maker/water dispenser and it hasn't disappointed. We have had to switch the ice maker off for a while so we can use what it has already made. Great for the summer!! We have a white gloss kitchen and the stainless steel colour compliments it beautifully. It runs quietly, the lights inside are bright and there is plenty of room in both the fridge and the freezer. We love it!"

"The fridge freezer is great, moden, smooth and quiet.
It’s looks great and plenty of space plenty of shelving in both fridge and freezer for storage.
The ice/water compartment is situated in the door so doesn’t take up space in the main freezer itself.

"The ice maker in my new Hisense American fridge freezer broke down within a couple of days of first being used. I used the Hisense customer support service on-line, but even up to now, weeks later they never got back to me on. AO were good enough to arrange contact with Hisense who promised to send out an engineer yesterday. Despite waiting in all day instead of being at work, no one came and no one called to let me know what was going on. Poor product and disgusting after sales support. My advice would be to stay well clear of this product and Hisense altogether."
