"I am so pleased with my new Hisense American fridge freezer the overall size is just right plenty of shelving within the fridge plus two deep pull out drawers lots of space and the freezer has enough storage space to keep it stocked. Plus the added feature of the water and Ice dispenser which is brilliant giving you the option of crushed or cubed ice no more filling ice trays up - delighted "

"Odd to be asked to write a review on a product you have only had for a few weeks but I point the reader to the title.
We were initially concerned because we had plumped for a little known brand, and at the bottom of the price scale for these types of item. We were looking for a quiet fridge freezer with plenty of room for a small family. The Hisense RS696N4II1 did not disappoint. it's almost inaudible in operation save for the crash of ice from time to time from the enthusiastic ice-maker, an aspect we find easy to forgive due to the constant supply of cubed and crushed ice it produces. It looks great stood in the corner of our kitchen and in use provides plenty of internal space for all kinds of foods. Rollers on the pull-out shelves hint at quality of design and build.
We had to provide a cold water point in the corner of the kitchen which was easy using push fit plumbing. Connection to the Hisense RS696N4II1 was child's play, and an external water filter and plenty of piping were supplied with the product.The finish of the product is excellent apart from a very slight almost imperceptible blemish on the skin just below the ice dispenser. My feeling is that any knocks would easily dent the device though so care is advised.
Overall I'm very satisfied with the product, it does not feel or look like a cheap item and in operation wholly satisfactory.

"We bought this fridge freezer to replace an old one that had served us well. This one is much better! A lot more space in both sides than I thought. Very quiet in operation and produces lots of ice quite quickly. A great addition to any kitchen "

"I could not be happier with this fridge freezer. The build quality is on par with more expensive items and the ice/water dispenser are great.
The only improvement would be to the drip tray but that would not stop me buying it again. The upside of the drip tray is that it's easy to keep clean.
Ice maker is great and not overly noisy. The unit is on wheels which makes it very easy to move. Not like previous fridge freezers I've had in the past that need a small army to move.
