"I am pleased with my purchase, the delivery guys were very friendly and helpful, the only hick-up I have is that there is a slight dent in the front, I couldn't be bothered to send it back and have to arrange for another delivery. So I accepted it, apart from that everything else is good"

"Our Hotpoint fridge freezer packed up 24 days after warranty,so had to buy a new freezer,unfortunately for us it was on bank holiday weekend on the Friday.i looked around and found an ideal fridge freezer which ao.com delivered on the Sunday,so far very pleased with fridge,it is very quiet and fulfils all our requirements.a very quick and professional job done by delivery men many thanks would recommend."

"Great sized product which looks good. The water dispenser is a really good extra and has been encouraging us to drink more water. No need to plumb in - just fill it up by pouring water in the compartment. The only downside is due to the water dispenser you can’t fit a 4 pint of milk in the side - so have moved the shelves around to fit in main part. Great service from AO too might I add"
