"We're happy with our purchase overall, but it isn't quite perfect. When the compressor is running there can be a noisy vibration from the side of the unit, hopefully this isn't an early warning of future trouble otherwise we can live with it, but it could be quieter. We also don't use the handles simply because they are far too big.
On a positive note it is so much bigger than our old one which is a big improvement."

"I have high hopes for this Candy fridge freezer as I've had another for many years and is still going well in the garage. Very good size fridge and freezer. The freezer drawers are smaller than others but there are 5 of them opposed to 4. There is a slight humming noise, a bit louder than my last f/f but not an issue.
My only design issue is that the fridge shelves and salad drawer cannot be removed unless the door is open very wide. This is an issue for me as the f/f is next to a wall where the door can only be opened at 90 degree angle. Other than that, I'm very happy with it. "

"Bought this to go in new apartment which is open plan.
Checked the reviews and all seemed well and suggested this item would be a good purchase.
It is much taller than i though, 5 freezer draws are good but they do not hold much individually.I have seen other brands with 3 draws hold more food. This has 5 SMALL draws, be careful.
This fridge freezer is way too loud for an open plan kitchen with open living room. If i could return it i would as £349 for a unit that makes this much noise is not what i expected."

"Our new home needed a new fridge freezer.
Looked all over the usual places but every time we have bought something we have ended up going back to AO for price, product choice and customer service. This candy unit we got has been great so far. We are using it as a free standing fridge freezer not inside a unit. It’s quiet, fresh looking and has plenty of space inside all compartments. For the price and what you get it’s great. Have only had this unit a month so longevity is the only thing we will have to wait and see about. "

"Wanted to add to our fridge space and reduce freezer capacity in the utility area. This product fits the purpose very well. The fridge seems particularly spacious.
We successfully changed the door opening configuration, although it was a bit of a challenge.
Would have liked the door opening to be integral rather than the rather chunky handles.
Overall, very pleased."

"Have been very impressed with my Candy Fridge Freezer, ticks all the boxes, its efficient with plenty of space in both compartments. Quiet, easy to control and on the eye and stands in the corner doing it job.
