One complaint: the manual was poor; covered too many models, and was pretty hopeless to use."

"We're so happy with it. We haven't quite found the right temperature for the fridge yet but we are love with all the freezer space! Its well built and looks great. Also, despite us living in a remote location, this product arrived on time and they brought it in for us. "

"the fridge freezer run very quiet, put my last Hotpoint fridge freezer to shame. it is good value for money. only time will tell if the product is going to be reliable or not the Hotpoint i had lasted just 4 years. "
