"Please read my last comment on your, delivery,
the delivery driver was awkward, and when I ordered the product I told AO.com there was Yellow lines outside the house, and then had a panto from the driver-moaning "No one pays my fines" I informed him that there was a service road opposite the house and no lines and he drove of for a second time. Only after I had words with the office suggesting I cancel was the product delivered"

"I was looking at online retailers for a new fridge freezer but couldn't find what I wanted. Then I remembered the AO advert and thought I would give it a try. I was under the impression that AO were quite expensive but the product I got was the cheapest anywhere I had seen. It was easy to create a new account and arrange finance. I then got a courtesy call the following day offering to remove my old fridge free of charge! I thought this was a nice touch. Overall, I was very impressed with the item, it came well packaged and it is working well. I would highly recommend anyone to consider purchasing from AO and I will definitely use it in the future. "

"The item arrived in really good condition, is exactly as pictured and described on the website. The layout and space it provides for storage of food is great for the size of appliance, I couldn't go as big as I would have liked due to size of kitchen it was going in to. Overall really pleased with a welcome addition to my new kitchen"

"Fridge works fairly satisfactorily, freezer has a tendencey to ice up very quickly and needs regular defrosting. The big problem is that after only 2 years, the LED light in the fridge no longer works, and is too expensive to replace. 2 years is not a reasonable time for the light to work on a fridge! "

"This Fridge Freezer is great. Very spacious with sturdy but movable drawers and shelves. Energy efficient too!
I was pleasantly surprised to find that it had two small wheels on the back for easy movement.
Also worth noting it that this fridge is light! Very easily moved!"
