"Water is not chilled, there is no drip tray for water. The appliance is difficult to level, and even after 2 visits from drivers, it could not be fully levelled because the back of the appliance does not have levelling feet. The fridge freezer itself is extremely spacious. "

Cons: Internal lighting could be better. Lack of proper handles results in a lot of fingerprints on the doors when closing the fridge."

"Very spacious fridge freezer. Initially I was very pleased with it but now approaching 3 years of ownership it is not so great. The basic functionality works fine but the stainless steel finish marks/dents extremely easily - after 3 years in a two-person household it looks like it's been in a war zone. The ice maker is the biggest weakness - the water comes out under too high pressure and leaks down into the ice bucket resulting in the mechanism freezing up constantly. I am always having to switch the ice machine off and defrost the whole thing, clean the pipework out etc. Not good for the money spent - definitely regret my purchase."

"Totally love my new American style fridge freezer.
Only had a couple of weeks. Purchased in advance of a new kitchen being fitted end of April.
Looking forward to then using the ice making and filtered water. It’s very spacious with good thought out shelving.
Good interior lights, so no issues seeing what your after. Would highly recommend this product and the delivery team were out standing. They needed to remove both doors of the appliance to get into my kitchen. This was done in a very professional manner. Highly recommend the service and the product. "

"As a fridge freezer its great. However the design of the Vegetable draws/crisper make them almost impossible to keep hygienically clean as the fronts of the drawers (a brittle clear plastic) are attached to the drawer tray. On you tube this seems to be a common problem with LG refrigerators. They show ways to part them on the web but this one is a larger drawer with double lobster pot catches on them making them impossible to part without damaging the mouldings.
Unfortunately any debris stuck in there will be stuck there for ever. Pretty poor design for a £1k fridge.
I think the drawers should be recalled. The Tecky from LG was not so accommodating.
Knowing this flaw now I would not buy this unit because you cannot keep it completely clean. "
