"Bought this fridge as a replacement american fridge freezer & it's brilliant. Compaired to the old one, there is bags more space inside. We decided to plumb our one in & this was very easy to do. Really quiet as well."

"Never used AO before bit was surprised as to the lengths they go with their customer service. With regular text and telephone updates about the order. They even offered out of the blue to take the old machine away for free which was a great surprise. I will definitely be using their service again."

"Only had the product for one week, but one week in we love it. So much space inside both Fridge and freezer and very quiet. Could possibly do with tray to collect excess water and ice as can make a little mess sometimes, but apart from that great product and looks lovely to."

"So happy with this product. It looks amazing and has plenty of space. The compartments are labelled which helps me remember where to put the cheese back (and not get in trouble).
It’s quiet (the ice turn every couple of hours isn’t anything to be worried about).
The smart WiFi connect and app are a bit pointless but I believe that you can use this with the support line if there is a problem down the road. Otherwise all you can do with the app is monitor the temperatures.
At first I thought the child lock actually locked the door but it doesn’t ... it just locks the control panel (by the time my baby can reach that area of the fridge he will be able to figure out how to unlock it anyway and I hope he is able to dispense ice without any trouble).
My only little moan would be that the door handle grip seems the wrong way around to me. You have to grab with your fingers down to pull the door open ... rather than grab with your fingers up. I’m 6’3” so maybe it’s just the way I would rather grip the sunken handle... but I will get used to it.
Everything in this fridge is chilled evenly... it’s actually made me question whether my old fridge actually worked at all.
It’s massive by the way... we could luckily go through the patio doors at the back. You would struggle through normal doors I suppose.
Delivery guys were very helpful.
The fridge is easy to move once in the house thanks to the wheels on the back.
Worth the money and I believe that when you pick a good brand the after sales service will be great. "
