"The product is great. It's not as bulky as other fridges of similar capacity, dead quiet, and the ice feature is fantastic. The leak tray is a bit shallow and non removable, though not really needed. The colour was darker than the silvery metal shown online, more like graphite ... Though some might like that look."

"Love this fridge freezer, there's plenty of room and ample door storage. The only reason I haven't given it a 5* review is since we took delivery of it last week we are getting some residue in the ice cubes. Once they have defrosted we get lots of white particles in the bottom of the glass. In the instructions it said to throw the first bucket of ice away, so far we have thrown 3 away and the problem is still there. I have got in contact with LG and am waiting for the service team to contact me back."

"Overall, very happy with look & large interior space of the fridge/freezer. However, the water cartridge is situated at the rear of the machine which will prove difficult to access when it requires changing in 6 months' time. Not yet sure about the recessed front opening, but maybe I will get used to it over time."
