"All was going well despite the delivery men having to remove the internal kitchen door (apparently it’s quicker to take off an internal house one than those on the fridge freezer). Appliance was working well and looked lovely. We had paid more to have the water and ice dispenser and were really enjoying that. Suddenly the water and ice have stopped working after only a month. My husband has googled it and this seems to be a common problem. How can this be on such an expensive product? I read lots of reviews and never saw it mentioned or we would not have wasted our money. Would appreciate being able to speak to someone rather than spending hours on hold to report the problem. We foolishly thought that out custom would be appreciated and spending so much would guarantee genuine quality. Not looking that way currently."

"Perfect match for my needs. This fridge freezer has the capacity to allow me consolidate a large larder fridge and a small chest freezer into one good looking kitchen appliance. AO gave me a great price, immediate availability and a delivery/collection service which worked well on the day. The delivery guys were cheerful and very accommodating on the day. Couldn’t ask for better. Overall I’m a very happy customer"
