"Great service from Ao, product is very well built with extra cubby holes which make for more storage especially smaller items which normally in a big fridge like this get swamped at the back and lost . The fridge doesn't have a sheen in the light but I wouldn't call it matt black. very pleased with the product."

"Neff is a brand that we’ve had before so knew it would be well made. (Although not in Germany any more). The display is easy to use with clear icons, although door open warning alarm needs to be louder. The interior is spacious with good lighting but there could be more shelves in fridge and more slots to allow them to be adjusted up and down for changing contents - low items (eg a plate of food) ends up balanced on something else. The water dispenser needs a bigger drip tray as it literally only hold a few drips! Ice dispenser works well at making ice but has a bit of delay in stopping so we are learning how to catch ice that shoots out after the glass is removed from the trigger switch. Round the back,the supplied water pipe is long enough for the appliance to be pulled right before disconnection and the roller feet make that job easy considering the weight. "

"Wow, is what can I say about this fridge freezer. The quality from Neff is amazing and the dark black exterior make a change to silver in the kitchen. What a contrast it gives and a modern and elegant twist to a kitchen design. The pit is bonus from AO, has helped us enjoy a premium product at a very competitive price! Just amazing, thanks!"
