"The delivery of my fridge freezer was done very carefully by AO.com, I was impressed with the care they took navigating around the obstacles in my house to get it into position.
The LED light is not as bright as the old fashioned light in my old fridge, some people have commented how bright it is but I don't think it is anything special.
It sounds an alarm if you leave the fridge or freezer door open for more than a minute. You can just press a button to silence it for another minute if you need to but this is a useful feature.
The freezer door is slightly sprung so it either closes or remains open by at least 8cm so it is clearly still open, however it does mean you can't just gently swing it shut, you need to close it properly (not a bad thing though). The fridge door is not sprung like this, you can just gently swing it closed and the alarm goes off if you don't close it properly.
I chose this fridge because it has more shelf positions than other alternative similar fridges however I cannot arrange the shelves to make enough room to stand up a bottle of wine. The shelf spacing of the shelves in the door is similarly very limited. I have arranged the shelves to maximise the space on the bottom shelf, this gives me 27cm height on the bottom shelf. I could move the shelf above it up by another 8cm however that would reduce the height on this shelf to about 8cm which I find to shallow to be useful.
Two drawers are provided to store fresh meat and fish but personally I rarely have either meat or fish in the fridge, I have therefore removed these drawers which releases another useful shelf.
The bottom drawer is for veg and fruit, it is huge compared to my old fridge, brilliant! It also partly slides out then hits stoppers which prevent it from falling out, although you can deliberately lift it slightly then take it right out (provided the door is open wide enough).
The top drawer of the freezer is slightly annoying, it tapers down in height at the back from the left to the right. You therefore have to be choosy what you put in this door although I can put three sliced loaves of bread in here without problems and still have some space to spare.
The middle drawer of the freezer is cavernous, the bottom drawer does not go back the full depth of the freezer (which I think is common as this is where the motor is).
The drawers in the freezer are on glass shelves so you have the option to take the drawers out and just use the shelves, which would slightly increase capacity. If you have something really large to store the shelves also come out.
Overall I am very pleased with this. Externally it is the same dimensions as my old fridge freezer but somehow there is more space inside. My only disappointment is that I can't stand a bottle of wine up in it. Two bottles supports are provided so you can safely lay two bottles down but I am uncomfortable doing this once I have opened a bottle. I'll just have to drink it all up in one go!
The fridge freezer has a two year warranty on it, with mine I had the option to purchase another 3 years manufacturers warranty for £99. Hopefully this won't be necessary but only time will tell.

"Great product with Bosch quality , simple sleek look with no handles. The only negative is the height options on the door storage, tall sauces etc won’t fit if you use the lower storage for larger bottles of milk etc. The veg drawer is huge and the two smaller drawers are great for keeping raw meats separate. We use the other for storing cooked cold meats and cheeses for sandwiches . Very quiet compared to our last fridge."

"The Fridge freezer is perfect for our needs. The capacity is good, holding a full weeks shop easily, without having to squash everything in. Plenty of room for cheese box and tubbed up leftovers. The veg drawers are really good and keep food fresh, especially salad, so less waste. Stores 3, 4pint cartons of milk in the door plus space for smaller bottles and jars. Although big it doesn't overwhelm the kitchen, looks sleek. It is quite tall, so careful if under 5'2" the top shelves may be out of your reach! The freezer is great and freezes really quickly. It runs quietly any hum is not noticeable. Good price too."

"Replaced a 10-year-old AEG unit of a similar size. Build quality is much much better particularly the drawers in the freezer and the fridge. The storage in the fridge is also very flexible and you can fit loads of stuff in the door. Very pleased."
