"We had an induction hob at our last house, and we've been desperate to put one in our current kitchen since we moved. This one has not disappointed. It works really well with all our pans, heats up so quickly, and importantly cools down quickly. I love the 1-15 heat scale, top temperature is plenty powerful enough for a stir fry, while it's easy to maintain a gentle simmer at lower heats. A pleasure to cook on."
