"Hi All, I have given the Samsung Hob five stars. However, although it looks the part, I have only been able to use it a couple of times as my new kitchen is not finished. I am amazed that it heats up as quick as my gas hob (if not quicker). I like how I can fit a large pan between two 'rings'. I like how as soon as the saucepan has been lifted off, the hob stops generating heat. The clean up is a doddle. It used to take me ages to clean my gas hob. I can't say much more as I haven't used it enough to give a proper review. I would say that the only thing that would concern me is the glass top. I am worried in case it scratches easy or if there is a way of preventing that. I will update this review once I have used it a few months.

"I’ve had high end German induction hobs before but this Samsung eclipse’s them all. It easy to use, the sliding heat control it brilliant and the heat delivery is fast and easy to control. Couldn’t recommend it more "

"Looks good , easy to fit. Works well but you need good quality pots and pans for best results. Between the hum of the magnets and the noise of the cooling fan considerably noisier than previous ceramic hob. Easy to operate and very responsive. Heats up very quickly on high power so takes a bit of getting used to so you don’t burn things. Easy to keep clean and, so far, happy with my purchase."
