"Good induction hob, easy to install and cooks food so quickly. Love the multi zone and the P function which for example boils 3 litres of water for pasta in a couple of minutes. The only downside is that two days after installing it I discovered that it was already scratched and as you can imagine with any new appliance I was really careful with the pans and everything, so I don’t know how I was able to scratch it so soon."

"I bought this hob with safety in mind after my dogs managed to switch the gas on my hob twice an almost blow my house up!
I love the smooth surface, so much easier to clean than having to work around fiddly buttons and knobs.
As a life long Samsung fan I feel that this hob lives up to the high quality I have come to expect. It heats quickly and cools down just as fast. Great for when children reach up onto the counter. "

Firstly, the touch control panel of this hob is easy to use. The cooking zones heat up really quickly and I absolutely love and feel safe with the Auto-shut off feature which turns off any cooking zone that have been left turned on for too long after cooking.
There's child safety lock as well as a count down timer which automatically shuts the cooking zone off after a certain set time period. There's a count up timer as well as a keep warm function, and the very useful pause & go function which you can use to pause cooking for a few minutes suppose you wanted to answer a call etc.
It's great that you can even use larger size, oval or rectangular cookware by using the flex function.
Cleaning is much easier as it is sleek and there are no buttons or knobs for dirt to get stuck on. You just have to wait till the ceramic glass cools down and then wipe it off with a damp cloth and it shines as good as new. And, because the areas around the pans remain cool even when you’re cooking, you won’t ever have the problem of spilt food getting burnt on and getting more difficult to remove.
It could be sometimes a little noisy but that's when you are using high power, or when the cooling fan on the hob turns on, but that's not a big issue to be concerned about.
As stylish as it looks, this hob is easy to use, heats up quick, functions great & cleans easily! Definitely worth the price and I'd recommend this to my friends."

"Fair to say, we are very impressed with the Samsung Induction Hob!
Our first impressions were that we were thrilled that we no longer had knobs to get greasy and collect dirt. It looks slick and modern, as well clearly being good quality. The buttons are clear and easy to understand - as well as being responsive quickly.
The wide and flat hob gives us plenty of cooking space which is ideal for cooking for a family or big gathering - or in our case, we need a big space for simmering during the home brew process.
The performance of the hob is incredible. There is no pre-heating time required so you can put a pan on straight away. Water boils within twenty seconds and the hob temperature is quick to respond which means we can control it while cooking. The temperature scale runs from one to fifteen.
My partner and I disagree about whether the hob being noisy is a con or not. He would prefer it to be quieter as he doesn't like the ringing noise that you hear when the hob space is in contact with a pan. I actually really like the ringing as it gives me a clear indicator that it is cooking. Perhaps it is personal preference or perhaps this will change as we use it for longer.
The safety features are really helpful and a big plus of the hob. As a consequence of it being an induction hob, the cooking zones don't get as hot to touch as a similar looking electric hob. Five minutes on and you won't get an accidental burn by brushing past it. And if you forget to turn off the whole when not cooking, it recognises this and switches itself off - saving power too.
We were hesitant about how quickly this hob would get greasy and fingerprints would transfer. This hasn't been as much of a problem as I'd been worried about and it is super easy to clean!
All in all, we have loved using this so far and now we have made the leap to induction, we would not go back to gas."

"I think that the hob is very good to look at. When I first read the instructions it took me a while to get my head round the. Eventually I understood them and though that the idea of having the large hob on the left to enable using fish pans etc was really good. Another good feature is the pause if you want to answer the door. All in all a good product. Just need to make the instructions a bit clearer."
