"This hob is amazing. Heats up pans unbelievably fast. Nice and controllable too. When something boils over it doesn't burn on either because the glass doesn't really get hot making cleaning very easy. It isn't fussy about pan location either. The only thing that has happened a couple of times is that I have managed to turn on a timer with the base of a pan that turns it off. But you notice and catch up again with it's awesome power. Also just avoid using big base pans on the front right."

"Better than my last induction hob, which wasn’t bad to be fair. Heats up quicker. 15 heat settings but you quickly get used to the settings depending on what you are cooking. "

"The aluminium filter directly above the hob keeps falling out of its flimsy slots and onto my new hob. It better not crack my hob! I shall give it a little while to see if it improves now the kitchen work is all finished. Also, although the fan is powerful, it is very noisy and the flimsy metal flaps on the external vent keep banging incessantly in the wind so I have had to stuff some insulation up the cowl to silence it until the weather improves, but that means I cannot use the extractor for the time being. One good thing is the LED lights which are brilliant. Overall, I am far from impressed, which is a shame as I have been quite pleased with most of the other Samsung appliances I have bought for my new kitchen. I am not sure that this hood is fit for purpose."

"This is my first induction hob and I was a bit nervous when I first used it well what a revelation. So easy and so responsive, nothing like my old halogen hob which I could turn on and walk away whilst it decided to boil, this one is so fast, as good as my kettle. Simmering is a doddle and I love the larger square zone which means I can now use my griddle. I also looks pretty good in my kitchen too. Well done Samsung."
