"We've only been using the oven for a couple of weeks but so far we're impressed & back up what most reviewers have said, although we can easily hear the oven alarms & timer from upstairs at home. The oven is far quieter than our old one and the easy to adjust and visible temperature control is a welcome change.
If you are looking for an extra wire shelf, buy another make for a third of the price (search for oven shelf Part # 00574876), about 2mm wider and 13mm deeper than the original shelf. The outer rim of the alternative rack is noticeably thicker and there are a few more rods across the rack - a sturdier unit that fits perfectly. The only difference is it does not have the slightly raised back that causes you to lift the original one to pull it out more than a third of its depth. Well recommended - the spare rack AND especially the oven."

"We were looking for a new oven, and this Samsung was just what we needed! Love the design, fits in our kitchen really well. Easy to use, with lots of programmes. Good pre-heating time, timer is great! Really like the easy pull out tray and rack. The best part is the self clean, used this a couple of times and works well! Overall, a great oven and would recommend to family and friends. "

"This is the worst oven I have ever bought
My husband purchased for me
Interesting to see that most of the reviews were written by product testers and not consumers
They only give you 1 shelf and 1 roasting dish that fits onto telescopic arms at the bottom of the oven
We are a small family of 3 and 1 shelf is insufficient
There is no grill tray supplied you are supposed to jiggle about with the wire shelf and put the roasting dish underneath it not the easiest quickest operation
This oven must have been designed by someone who does not cook
On first outing I made pizza and baked a cake both went in the bin
I want my money back so I can go buy a real oven
This one is a bit like buying a new car with only 1 tyre and no brakes I really hate it"
