"Very happy with oven. Reaches tempreture very quickly compared to my previous electric oven. Has a built in timer which is helpful when putting several dishes in at diffrent times, you can also use an end timer at the same tine which turns the oven off to prevent over cooking if your not available straight away to take the food out."

"It looks great and pre heat time is very quick. The only down side, it only comes with one shelf. I contacted Samsung thinking it was missing from the delivery. Sadly not.. £39 extra for another shelf. A little disappointed. "

"I used the cleaning function and it blew the screen and locked the door now Samsung will not fix it as I can't give them the serial number as the door is locked and won't open. Absolute joke, Google the issue and it's more common than you think so run away now and buy another product "

"When using the steam cleaning function, it doesn't evaporate all the water so you have to spend time getting all the water out. The front door jerks to close. When opening the oven door loads of steam escapes, so you almost burn yourself. When calling Samsung they say it's all normal. Very disappointed with the purchase."

"I have been very happy with this oven. I have been using it for almost a year now. It looks stylish and of good quality in my kitchen. Controls are well laid out and has all functions you would expect from a modern oven. It is quite easy to clean the glass of the oven door, including inner panels. To clean the inside of the oven the shelf supports need unscrewed, an easier mechanism to release these would be better.
The oven and grill heat up in reasonable time and food is cooked in expected time and relatively evenly.
I would recommend this product. "
