"We have this oven and door latch is defective. Samsung warranty did not cover the defect. We now have to replace this oven!"

"Fits perfectly into a space for a standard oven. Arrived in time for the Christmas entertaing. Features such as “Crisp the top, cook below” an improvement on previous appliance. Still finding out about all the features but having two fans seems to give extra flexibility.
Only niggle is the symbols are small for the controls, so until you are familiar with the oven, you need refer to the instruction manual."

"Used for about a month. Easy to use in terms of functions-programmes. Quiet fan noise, steam cleaning function a nice touch. Internal light switches off to save power. Looks smart in the kitchen. Would recommend. "
