new oven

"fast heat up to wanted temperature -very quite when running -a little bit on the mean side only one shelf tray and one grill would expect at least two of each but on the good side it all works a treat"

Lacks necessary parts

"This is a good product but we aware Samsung do not provide all the accessories you would expect such as a wire insert for the grill tray. There is nowhere to buy one on line, even the Samsung site does not stock. Would not buy Samsung again for this reason."
