"I love the look of this oven and slowly learning what it can do!
I found the instructions book hard to follow as when I put the dual plate in, I then tried to use a programme higher than 10 and it wouldnt do it and then realised i had to remove the plate! I would of liked instructions on a disc and seen someone demonstrate it all!
The touch screen is hard to see, as there is no light behind the symbols and it's black! I still love this oven though as what I have learnt is great and now easy to use. There is plenty of room to cook a roast dinner for 10 people, which I did at the weekend! The dual plate then comes in handy at the end to keep food warm, whilst other food is still cooking."

"Really nice oven that lives up to the reviews I saw online and Youtube particularly. Neat looking and feature-rich. Only reason not to give 5 star is the fact that although you can have different temperatures top and bottom, there is a limit to what you can do so you can't have 50 degrees in one and 200 in the other for example. So far I haven't used it that often to be able to say how much of an issue this is and its not altogether surprising but you might want to check the manual before buying. The control panel would be much better if it was back lit as my husband can barely see the icons. I like it though as its a clean design this way. We have also noticed quite a lot of moisture running down the glass pane when using the oven. Don't think its a problem though. An extra wire shelf would be helpful. Love the pull out shelf"

"A great feature is the dual oven feature which is brilliant for cooking things that you want at two temperatures . The oven has two fans to do this . I love how quiet the oven is and the sleek dials that push on to be flush on or off . You can control the light so it’s not on all the time . Really happy with my oven . I am looking forward to cooking up lots of dishes in my new toy . Happy chefing"

"Quick to reach temperature. The dual cook facility is best in f both worlds with a large capacity single oven turning into a very usable double oven when needed. Some functions limited in dual cook mode but minor niggle really."

"We took delivery of this oven on 4th March 2018 and installed it around a week later. 10 weeks later pieces of the ceramic liner on the roof of the oven cavity started breaking off. My wife got a splinter stuck in her finger when cleaning them up. Perish the thought of what could have happened if these had landed in food and and been swallowed by someone. If you have already bough one of these oven, keep a keen eye for pieces of black ceramic is the oven.
Samsung should be recalling all ovens from this production batch to make sure that the same defect is not present in any others."

"Have Normally brought German In the past, but like the idea of being able to have 2 levels of the oven at different temps. This really does work isn't a con and with 5 year protection really is an excellent piece of kit."
