"The product was everything I expected, delivered on the day at the time they said it would. They guys were very friendly and expertly executed the fitting of my appliance.

"Early days yet as installed for less than 1 week but initial impressions are brilliant. Everything about this oven looks and feels ‘Quality’. The ability to separate the upper and lower sections with different cooking temperatures is pretty unique and very innovative. The controls are also very impressive and fairly intuitive. Not a cheap oven but you get what you pay for. The only thing that might go against it is that it’s in the same price range as ovens from NEF etc. I ended up choosing the Samsung though because of it’s combination of features and the controls layout just looked so much better (IMHO).
If I had to make one small criticism it would be regarding the touch controls - I’ve installed mine under the worktop which makes them a bit difficult to see. Whereas if it had been installed in a tower unit there wouldn’t have been any issues.
Overall though a great oven at a good price and a brilliant warranty package. Highly recommended."

"We love our new Dual Cook Ovenit look great in our built in kitchen being able to split it into 2 sections an excellent feature and very useful we use it a lot. it takes a little while to get used to the controls needing to reference the user manual frequently. The controls are very good i would have given 5 stars however the touch screen icons are not back lit and in some lights are difficult to see."
