"I bought this oven as it is a Which? best buy and, in particular, it rated 5 stars for heat distribution, accuracy of controls and grill. The dual cook feature is a great bonus. Performance has been fully up to expectations."

"It's like having two ovens in one, and only uses the space of one oven.
Ideal for being able to cook different items at different temperatures.
Shame about the back lighting on the indicator panel."

"This oven was bought to replace a former model which was damaged. It is more sophisticated in the controls but the slide-out shelf is under the dual cook divider with little room between the two. The sliding shelf was way more useful above the divider and under the grill"

"I was initially pleased with the oven, and liked the dual function, however it broke after 13 months and tool an age to repair, broke down again a year later, and Samsung refused to repair under the 5 y extended warranty, claiming we had never registered it ( as if you wouldn’t ) BE WARNED they say they send you a code after registration , but obviously if you don’t know this you won’t be looking out for one "

"A fantastic, well-made oven. Cooks food nicely (evenly browned, no hot/cold spots in the oven). Installation was a little tricky as it requires a hard-wired connection rather than a cooker socket, but a call to a local electrician solved that."

"The Samsung dual cook oven proved to be beyond our expectations, family round for Easter and used the full oven for the first time, no problems, cooked a full roast and all the bits which go with a full roast. 10/10.
Split oven fantastic, does what Samsung describe it as doing.
There is no back light to the control panel, so unless you look very carefully it is difficult to read, with time as you get to know the position of the selector items this will not be a problem."
