"I'm still getting to know my way around the machine, but so far so good. It's taking a bit of adjusting to get used to the longer wash cycles on newer machines (I was grateful for the tips from other customers about using the accelerate wash function, which halves the time and doesn't seem to affect how clean the laundry comes out). I was a bit concerned the first couple of washes that there was a slight warm rubber smell, but I spoke to Zanussi and apparently this is normal as the parts bed in and it seems to have stopped now. I haven't had a dryer in about 20 years so very excited to finally have towels that are not like boards! I like that you can choose with the drying function to either use an automated programme or to set a fixed time, which is helpful when you don't know how your clothes will react to drying and want to keep an eye on them. "

"I have only had the washer/dryer for a week so as of yet am perhaps not that au fait with the various programs. The wash results are excellent, as expected with Zanussi to be honest. I don't necessary feel that the instruction book is as clear as it could be perhaps there is too much information so you miss things, i missed that you could shorten the length of a program and only found out by reading other reviews. Overall I am sure it will be fine once i get used to it and deserving of more stars."

"Smart-looking, intuitively easy to use machine with good features. Washing cycles are particularly good. Drying is ok - I find more drying time is needed, but lack of creasing is good. "
