"Bought this 20 months ago, I use it on average 2-3 times a week without any issues but since yesterday it has started tripping the RCD in the fuse box. Phoned Zanussi who only give a 1 year warranty so I have to pay for it to be looked at and then fixed. I know these types of goods don't last forever but less than 2 years? a 1 year warranty is not good enough! come on guys!
btw I still have to get a local plumber/electrician to come and fix it!"

"I've got to say, compared to my old hoover washer dryer, this is a great product. It is quiet, quick and gets the job done. Hopefully it will continue this way for many years to come."

"We are Zanussi advocates. Our last machine was 8 years old, and if it had not been for the dreaded Corvid -19, probably could have been fixed. We use it every day so it’s done us proud.
This new machine is the equivalent. Looks good, easy to install. Although more than double some machines, on previous experience less likely to breakdown or catch fire! Much quieter, which would assume the old one was noisy, which it was not. Programming is simple, lot of selections. As with all manufactures, quick wash is a problem. It has one, simple to use, 30 minutes, however not for towels….you can only ask why? I believe we have purchased want we want, and historically we hope it to be reliable.

"Very easy to use, clothes clean well. Would like the 30 minute setting to give the option to spin at a higher speed. There are good options for washing but I'd like a setting that washes at a slightly higher temp than 30 that doesn't then jump to a 2+hour wash. Otherwise a lovely product. "

"I've been the owner of various brands (Belko & Hoover) of washer dryers and this Zanussi is the best one thus far. It has really versatile cycles that aren't too long and dries the clothes far better than any of the others I've owned. It's also really quiet which is incredible!"
