"Ordered online from AO, having researched a variety of washer/dryers. Size was crucial as the cupboard depth required a small machine. Online ordering was straightforward and I took the opportunity of including ‘disconnection and removal of old machine and connection of the new one’ service. Zanussi isn’t the cheapest product, but certainly the best in that price band. Instructions are clear and easy to understand. Although I have only had this machine for a couple of weeks, I am very happy with this product."

"First washer dryer owned, is still taking some getting used to operating but clothes appear cleaner and the machine is a lot quieter that our previous model (An inteli-logic LG).

"The drying cycles are a bit complicated to use but the machine senses the weight of laundry and adjusts the drying time to compensate for this; very efficient. The only worry is that the more technology that you have with appliances, the more there is to go wrong with it!"

"Move to smaller property forced me to part with my Bosch washing machine and tumble dryer.The Lindo is much more complicated and came with no instruction bookI have had to search the web for it.Disappointed that the 1600 spin is only available with the very long cotton wash.
I do a shorter wash and re spin.Need to get used to it."

"I hesitated on buying a washer dryer. The old worry how could one machine perform as good as two.No need to worry. It is as good as my two separate appliances and half the room needed win win."

"This is a good machine. Very quiet and the washing is comes out nice and clean.
This is my first time using a washer dryer so I had a learning curve, but getting the hang of it.
It would be nice to have a synthetics wash cycle that is 1 1/2 hours instead of 2 hrs 15 mins. Also the auto washing/drying is too long at over 4 hours. Therefore after the washing cycle I set the drying time independently."
