"Product supplied with necesssary leads and connector not in packaging. You refer customers to manufacturer so no service from Ao when there is a problem. Had to contact Hotpoint to install, but was unable to do so as parts missing.Having to wait till Hotpoint obtains them. Had to take out Insurance in order to cover cost of engineer's visits."

"Not sure how people found this too technical to use but I found it quite simple by reading the clear instructions although of course it takes time to get used to. Cooked the chicken on the setting and if you need it a little longer easy to reset. Chicken came out nice and moist and not dry.
Love the fact it suggested which levels to cook on and I’m looking forward to try out more options.
Only downside for me is that the corners to the oven door frame are a little sharp and when I pulled this down it scratched my freezer which sits at right angle to it.
I however have since moved the freezer back a bit and this now avoids further scratches.
Definitely recommend for a good price. "

"Disappointed in the Hotpoint Newstyle CIA640B Induction Hob. Had to modify opening in worktop to accommodate. Will have to persevere but more difficult to use than the Hotpoint Induction Hob it replaced. Controls require harder pressure to opertate and not as easy to read as previous and require Cooker Hood light.
