This Sharp Microwave looks good with more features than the Samsung that it replaced. "

"My ffifth over about thirty years; to supplement a solid fuel Rayburn and used several times a day. All have been reliable except the last one that gave up its microwave after three months(a blip I think). I use all functions effectively and in summer it's my only oven -preparing basic complete meals from grilled sausages to full roasts. It does need space - be prepared - and it's heavy,solid and rather noisy. The three-legged stands need re-designing! Preferable to its Panasonic equivalent that I tried for a couple of years."

"Ordered as a replacement for a previous model which was 10 years old and had given excellent service. This new version is very tinny and does not have rectangular oven shelves, only circular ones which limit the size of dish that can be placed in the oven. Luckily I still had the shelves from the old oven and these fitted. Disappointing that there is now no clock and hence no delay-start function which I had relied on whist at work as it enabled me to cook a dish ready for my arrival at home, The only reason I bought this oven is that it was the best available from a very small choice of large capacity ovens on the market. I do not expect it will last more that a couple of years due to very poor, cheap build quality. We will see.....!"

"Had one of these so I am well qualified to review it, here are my findings: -
GOOD
Hugely versatile being a microwave, oven and grill or a combination of the three!
Easy to use
Oven works brilliantly when using the circular racks
Grill is excellent
Pre-Heats very quickly
Very big capacity
Amazingly reliable
BAD
No Clock (Why this omission?)
Can't cook slowly as the timer only goes up to an hour and a half
Square trays a waste of time as they have to be rotated half way through the cooking time
CONCLUSION
If you want an excellent quality, very capable Combination Microwave, this can be used as your main oven too! Buy one, they are great!"

"This was a replacement for the same model which I had and it gave good service over many years constant use. Really love my new oven and only comment would be that I preferred the old style 'grill' shelves rather than the new solid shelves. Isn't causing me a problem because my old shelves fit but might be an issue for first time purchasers."
