"Good sized oven with a stainless steel interior. Haven’t used oven or grill yet but microwave is powerful and heats up food quickly. Control panel could be clearer but getting to grips with it. A clock would have been useful. Otherwise I’m glad I bought it. "

"Received the first microwave oven on the day and time as expected. I had it one day but it made horrendous noise whilst on microwave function. Called AO they asked for a video upload. I sent this and an engineer said it was not to be used!! AO sent out a new one and took the old one away but it took over 9 days for this one to be delivered. Inconvenient but satisfied with this one.

"My 1st Sharp combi oven/grill/microwave served me well and lasted well over 7 years probably more than 10, had moved with me 3 times and been my only source of cooking throughout and with this one I’ve got added internal space and 2 trays that act as shelves, which means I can do more in one go.
It boasts an auto cook functions for things that the majority of people actually use there ovens for most often ie readymeals, pizza, jacket potato, one for cake which I’m looking forward to trying out and 3 options for express cooking your Sunday roast.
The only downside I can see is there isn’t the function to set up a cook program for later, but even though I had this facility on my previous model I don’t think I really ever used it regular enough to miss it.
Arriving in time to cook the Xmas dinner, having enough space to fit in everything at once, including the turkey. The shelf trays also came in handy for serving the buffet bites on straight from the oven standing them on the 2 stainless steel racks (also supplied) to save the table. I’m more than happy!!!"

"I don't have a conventional oven and have used combination microwave ovens for the last 26 yrs. This is the best I've bought both in size and quality.
Apart from the fact that I would have preferred conventional oven shelves rather than solid trays I can't fault it. "

"Firstly I would like to say that I previously had the R-957M model for 14 years without any problems, the heating side of the microwave packed up so replaced with this newer model R959SLMAA as it was the same size and almost looked the same as well as fitting in with the oven next to it,
After placing and fixing in with the original built in kit, I found that the shelves were like baking trays instead of the traditional stainless steel wire oven shelves, I then noticed that the ceramic turntable was thinner and not as good quality as the original one, I also noticed pressing the start button, it made a number of bleeps instead of the normal one bleep, I contacted sharp who could not tell me if this series of bleeps were normal and suggested I get it exchanged, I did so only to find it was exactly the same and also noisier than my old one, at the moment I am using it with my old original stainless wire shelves and ceramic turn table, I would not recommend it due to the above reasons, I am at the moment using it until I have my old one repaired and then will sell and continue with my old one and with its fixings.
When speaking to sharp regarding my concerns, they said that they would pass them on. They also said the traditional stainless wire shelves are no longer available so could not exchange for the the new type.
I am very disappointed"
