"Bought as a present, so can't review. I am 76 . Only had 2 microwaves in my life , both Sharp . That's why I bought it. Easy to use and long lasting. My current one does everything, grills, steams, roasts. I love it . Now at least 5 years old. I only changed because the press buttons on my other one wore away with age. It never went wrong. That's why I bought that one for my sister"
