"Cooker was delivered yesterday and I heated up both ovens to maximum temperature as instructed. Unfortunately, the main over door just popped open when it reached maximum temperature. Rather a safety hazard. I shut it and it popped open again. Repeated the exercise and same thing! I have reported the fault and an engineer is to ring me on Monday to arrange a call out. Otherwise OK I hope."

"Stylish freestanding cooker with an induction hob and double oven - one of which is fan assisted. The hob and ovens are easy to use and the hob is super. Very quick to bring food through boiling point, but easy to turn down heat really quickly to avoid pans overspilling. I had always preferred a gas hob as it was so responsive to adjust heat quickly, but this is every bit as good. I'm absolutely delighted with my purchase and would definitely recommend it."

"A very stylish and robust cooker that is a great addition to any bakers' kitchen. Induction hobs are brilliant though they take a bit of getting used to after gas...no burnt fingers any more as well.
I felt they could have put a handle on the grill but from what I gather many other cookers don't have this, not a huge gripe though."

"After 23 years of renting we now have our own house.
New cooker, fridge and extractor from ao ! We’re iver the moon with all the items and how ao have kept incontct via email to update us . The driver was helpful . Great service 10/10 and would recommend ao to anyone ! "

"This is a very good looking budget freestanding oven. The induction hob is very quick on the higher settings but is also very noisy whilst on. The oven is now getting quicker to heat up (after two weeks of use) which I find is normal for a new appliance. The different settings available for the oven are useful if a little confusing. The instruction manual seems to be a one for all job which is not specific for this oven but seems to cover all of the range so may detail features not present in your choosen product"

"Still grappling with some elements of the cooker. Although I thought I had looked at the same model in a shop, I didn't realise the hobs were digital. Once I grasped they went up to 9 and not 6 all seems to be well. It would be helpful to have a white tip on the hob switches as it is very easy to leave a switch on and difficult to see. The top oven baked a cake very evenly in 20 mins which is an improvement on other makes I have had. Not so impressed with last night's casserole in the main oven but I shall study the instructions further. No little puddle on the floor as in other models. A huge plus, the glass lifts out for cleaning on the doors, so do the shelves and there is a light for cleaning so no need for a headtorch although I haven't tested it yet. The only other problems, the clock was left on 12 hour not 24 clock and so far we have not been able to change it. My pans which I used on an induction hob before wouldn't work and I have had to buy new. "
