Excellent support of the manufacturer

"When installing this bracket, I noticed that screws needed for connection to my TV are not in the box of the screws attached to the bracket. When contacting customer service of Sanus, I was connected to somewhere in the US. They forwarded my request to somewhere in Europe in one day and the representative in the Europe just asked my address in the UK and then they sent a full box of all screws more than my requirement in a couple of days! That's fantastic and impressive support!

I think this flexible Bracket is the best."
