"Have bought lots of products from AO so well used to their delivery service, always with a smile however busy they are. Products we have purchased have never had any dents or scratches on them as they are treated carefully. Timing of delivery is always adhered to. Just spot on, both for the firm and the products."

"Love my new dryer. So easy to use and the top water dispenser is a breeze to empty. I used to struggle with my old one as it was at floor level. I have only given 4 stars for quietness as really there are no completely quiet dryers as far as I know. However it is much quieter than my previous one.(I am ticking quiet in the pros as it is the quietest one I have owned so far). It is early days yet, so I am getting used to the amount of time needed for each load. I have misjudged a couple of times and had to put on again for a few minutes but that is no great shakes. Absolutely love the simplicity of use & looks neat too. I would certainly recommend to anyone. Appears well made and great value for money. ! "

"We bought this item because it was basic, simple to use, and priced sensibly. It appears to be a little noisy but that is our preception. Can't comment on quality since new machine and only time will tell about that. "
