"The flow of service from initial order to delivery and installation was superb. The delivery drivers were helpful and courteous.
I have given it one star less because there were no serial number label in full sight of the BekoAmerican fridge freezer. After communication with technical support we located it by taking out the cheese/butter tray and it was on a sticker on the left wall. Still the sticker was difficult to see.
AO will do well If they put the serial number on the invoice to save time and hassle. Otherwise, a superb service."

"This fridge is very easy to set up and looks very stylish. the water dispenser is a little bit slow but nothing noticeable. The alarm to say the doors are open is a god send especially with a 3 year old in the house. Lots of space in both the fridge and freezer. Very Happy with this Product. "
