"Having read mixed reviews on this item elsewhere I decided to take a chance as it matched my Panasonic TV. Was fine at first apart from some limitations of the EPG. Now having issues with playback when trying to watch recorded programs. From experience its a faulty hard drive. Been trying to ring Panasonic support for 2 days but its constantly engaged. Should have bought a Humax."

"I only have the option for sky subscription in my area and as a result receive no discounts or deals... So I purchased this product as an alternative as sky is way over priced.
This provides everything from recording one channel whilst watching another to an App store with a wide range of Apps. It's very easy to use and set up, with the built in WiFi and the quick set up I was up and running in minutes. Also the remote can link to you TV wich means you only need one remote wich was an extra bonus."

"I found this recorder easy to set up and easy to use.
I needed to access Amazon video as my tv isn't a smart one.
I have had Panasonic products in the past and this product doesn't dissapoint.
