"This is a very effective machine which washes thoroughly and gives brilliant results. The machine is well made and is attractive to look at, but I find that it has several small disadvantages over my older model Zanussi, which was in fact slightly smaller in width but taller. In my new machine, there is only just room for knives and forks to stand upright in the cutlery basket as the ceiling is exceptionally low. I also find that the sideways loading of plates makes securing them in their slots more awkward. Added to this, the slots into which the plates are located are too short, as are those that are supposed to support cereal bowls,unsuccessfully, as the bowls collapse on to each other instead of staying upright. Maybe I'm being over picky, but perhaps Zanussi could bear my thoughts in mind."
