"Bought several items recently from AO. The delivery was impeccable. My husband also bought a Condensing Tumble dryer which was not fit for purpose. AO had no problem collecting the dryer when they delivered an alternative. This was very much appreciated. This firm knocks spots of its market place rivals. Very helpful staff at customer services who actually phoned back as they promised to do and sorted out the problem."

"We got this as we’d already got a black Beko oven and this makes perfectly, so it all looks very smart.
Lots of functions, with a conventional oven and a grill built in as well as being a microwave. Some clever timing functions built into it as well.

"A good product that works well. However the user manual and template were very poor. The template came without instructions as shown in the manual and the installation and preparation instructions could have been much better. You must remember to note the serial number before installing as it is on the side of the oven and can't be read once installed. "
