"Massive draws in the freezer, so much better than my old one. Quite well thought out layout. Wife needs a step to reach top shelf of the fridge, but that’s not a problem."
"Well the 6 yr old hotpoint smx85tu fridge died, would not defrost though it had 2 relocations and would have cost £150+ to repair. So time to get a new one. Surprisingly the smx was quite large and not matched by many but not manufactured anymore. After scanning many on size, capabilities and price. This BEKO matched close. Though 1 less fridge and 1 less freezer shelves.
AO brought it to the house on time, with plenty of comms. Plus the delivery crew removed and installed the new fridge as requested. There was a bit of a mix up on ordrredvitems but that was resolved in my favour asap. After a settle in the BEKO is running flawlessly.
The handles make it look a bit primitive though. Good for tea towels maybe. The hotpoint smx had hidden handles...."

"Having just moved house I needed a new fridge/freezer, so looked on AO for one. I found a wide range of different products, and a good write up of each one. Having had a Beko before I found the ideal fridge/freezer easily. Once I received my product, I found it was exactly what had been specified, and what I wanted. Very satisfied."

"Over the moon at the size of it and how well it fits in my kitchen. Also very happy with the cosmetic finish. Will definitely order from ao again as it was such a simple process and the delivery guys couldn’t help me enough. "
