"Made a big mistake buying this - never had a washer dryer before so knew it would work slightly different to just a washing machine...but it was truly awful. 4+ hours for a standard wash/dry cycle and the clothes didn’t even come out that dry and certainly didn’t smell clean. Found the cycles / allowed wash kgs confusing and misleading and the drying phase was so noisy. After 3 uses, I’d had enough! Luckliky AO were fab about it and allowed me to exchange it for another machine. "

"this machine does not dry the clothes, leaves fluff marks on other clothes and residues of the pod. at wits end and only had it a week :-("
