"Shocking Washer/ Dryer. Had the machine 6 months and got an error code showing F15. Called Indesit to be told to check the filter. Filter was not blocked. Got an engineer out and he could not fix it, as he did not have the correct part. Came back two days later and supposedly fixed it. Went to use it the same day to hear a grinding noise and a burning smell when trying to spin. This is two days taken off work already. Now have to get the engineer out again to check it before it can be replaced. Will never buy a Hotpoint or Indesit product again! AVOID! "

"I recently purchase this item the product is suitable for my household needs. The instructions that are provided are not very clear so it could be useful to provide a flash card with details of each wash i.e. Time quantity etc. Overall I have got used to the buttons and haven't had any issues it's a Len economic appliance."

"As a washer/dryer, it does exactly what it's supposed to, so if you just want to throw in a load of washing and leave it going, you can. But it also has all of the additional features you'd expect with different washing and drying cycles. It runs quietly and doesn't constantly beep once a wash has finished meaning you can set a delay for it to wash through the night when power from the grid is cheaper.
It was easy to install and arrived pretty much ready to go."
