"Upon using the product once (wash + dry) there was a strong chemical smell and the clothes came out so boiling hot that they couldn’t be touched and had black marks all over them. I called Indesit who told me that due to the smell I have to have a full day visit from a fire inspector before I can even consider being given a replacement. Indesit said it sounds like a faulty installation but I paid £45 for ao to do it."

"It’s pretty loud and doesn’t dry the clothes too well. Would buy a different more expensive one next time "

"This has really been put through its paces since it arrived last week. We have had no issues whatsoever thus far. One quirk is the drying facility, worth pulling out clothing post drying quickly as they're very steamy and crinkle otherwise quite substantially. "
