"Would have been 5 stars but a screw cover was missing. AOL phoned BEKO In the hope they would post it out to me. They said that wasn’t possible and we would have to return the microwave and another would be sent out. This is an integral microwave and we had had it fitted by this time so it seemed ridiculous to have to do that. Think Beko’s customer service very poor and surprised aol find this acceptable."
