"I'm really pleased with this appliance which is a replacement for my old Whirlpool. Its spacious, and modern looking and I love the bar which saves you opening the door all the time for drinks. The ice does shoot out as previous people have commented but its not a big issue as you just have to put the glass right up to the dispenser. Its very quiet. I spent more than I wanted on it as so many others were out of stock but hopefully being Bosch will last me a long time."

"It's a Bosch, so it's expensive and you expect excellence. Whilst this appliance looks great and has some interesting features, it's not without its annoyances. It's noisy. It makes background noise permanently and a loud noise when it's making the ice cubes and dispensing ice. The ice maker is tricky to use and consistently ejects the ice with such force that it inevitably sprays on you and the floor. The serving hatch is for what, exactly? Energy saving? It's a cool gimmick and that is all. The cold water is great, the capacity of both fridge and freezer is fine and it does its job. It looks impressive, if that is your aim. Otherwise, it's just an expensive piece of kit. "

"Like most/all similar products, this is a very large piece of kit. And yet somehow it manages to seem smaller inside than our ancient fridge and freezer that we had before. Lots of draws that themselves take up too much space. Is way bigger on the outside than it actually is on the inside. Ice dispenser whilst excellent sprays ice everywhere unless glass held flush with top...and even then it can be a bit hit and miss. Water filters (not compulsory) ridiculously overpriced. Lower edge surround can come loose and easy to catch. It tries to be energy saving and in doing so is really dark inside. On plus side, fridge and freezer work very well indeed. Front opening hatch a welcome extra. Cannot really fault except it is a Bosch...and was expecting more attention to detail than I ended up getting for the price tag."

"Enjoying it except for waiting for Bosch to replace a part at the bottom. Waited two weeks now. Just cosmetic but annoying."
